Apex Media Group is a privately held, family-owned company headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. We don't acquire — we build, ship, and operate. Each business in our portfolio is run as an independent brand with its own identity, customers, and product roadmap.

What unites them is the operating model: a small human leadership team paired with a full org of specialized AI agents that handle research, design, engineering, finance, and customer operations. It's how we ship more, faster, with fewer people, and still go to bed at a reasonable hour.

If one person can't keep it running on a quiet Sunday, we built it wrong. Boring stacks. Plain code. We pick the framework that's older than the developer, on purpose.

AI agents do the heavy lifting — research, drafting, code, ops, the unglamorous middle. Humans set direction, judge tradeoffs, and own the customer. When something breaks, the humans answer the email.

Apex Media Group, Inc. is a Washington S-Corporation. We don't take outside capital, don't chase quarterly numbers, and don't have a board to please. We build what we'd want to use, sell it to people who want to buy it, and keep the books simple. If that sounds quaint, that's the point.
